Xcode 11 beta is the newly released version of Xcode by Apple, which was released in WWDC few days ago. If you want to develop apps for latest iOS 13, watchOS 6 or macOS 10.15 Catalina, then Xcode 11 include SDK for that. Though it is originally for macOS only, but here’s the way around to download it for Windows 10 computers.

Double click the downloaded DMG file and start the installation. Mavericks 10.9.3 or later version is must for Xcode 6. Yes, that is the simple way of installing Xcode 6 on Windows PC with Max OS X virtual machine. You need to have Apple’s Developer account: you can login to the developer portal and click download, more: Sign in with your Apple ID https://download.developer.
Xcode 11 comes with many advanced new features like support for LaunchServices and addition of Organizer Window. With that, app developers can now add any new window without using the built-in Assistant Editor.

Download and Install Xcode 11 Beta on Windows 10
Since Xcode is only available for macOS only, so you will need to install macOS on your Windows 10 computer. Please make sure that your Windows 10 PC fulfills the below minimum requirements:
- At-least 8GB of RAM
- Minimum Intel Core i5 (4th Generation or later)
- 100GB of free Disk space
If you feel your system has got all this, then you have my permission to proceed with installation of macOS 10.15 Catalina on your computer:
Step 1: First of all, download the latest macOS 10.15 Catalina .dmg file.
Step 2: Download VirtualBox and install macOS Catalina Beta on it, in a virtual environment.
Step 2: After you are done with installation of macOS 10.15 Catalina and it is launched inside Virtual Box, download Xcode 11 Beta:
Xcode 11 beta might have some bugs, but it is working well enough to help you develop apps for iOS 13 or install that on your iPhone.
